The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Use Senna and Sanoot (fennel), for indeed in them there is a cure for every disease except death.”
(Reported by Ibn Mājah – 3457, graded Hasan by Al-Albani)
Sene (Senna) has been known in Islamic medicine for centuries as a natural remedy for digestive health and detoxification. It is considered part of the Tibb an-Nabawi (Prophetic Medicine).

Senna is also used in colon preparation before certain medical procedures and is recognized as a safe short-term herbal laxative.
